Christopher Lin M.D.
Dr. Christopher B Lin

Dr. Lin was born and raised in Cincinnati, Ohio and is the only son of
two pediatricians. He graduated from the Massachusetts Institute of
Technology (MIT) in 1997 with a degree in Biology and minor in
Psychology. He returned to the Midwest for medical school at the
University of Chicago Pritzker School of Medicine. His training
brought him to California in 2001, completing Pediatric Residency at
the Children's Hospital of Orange County. Giving up the snow shovel
and ice scraper for good, Dr. Lin stayed in California and worked in
the pediatric emergency department as well as seeing children as a
teaching attending at the CHOC outpatient clinics. You may also
recognize him from the KidsDoc urgent care, where he worked in
the Mission and Rancho offices for over three years. Dr. Lin is an
avid sportsfan ("Go Buckeyes!!") and has been a Bible study leader
for middle and high schoolers. He is also an advisor and high school
interviewer for the MIT Educational Council.  He has been married
for three years to his college sweetheart Carol who is also a
pediatrician, finishing her training at Children's Hospital of Orange
County and specializing in hematology and oncology.

I am dedicated to provide the best and most comprehensive care
possible to each and every child.  Coming from not only other
pediatric offices but also the pediatric emergency department, I
understand the importance of making treatment plans with my
patients and parents.  Plans that are not only thorough but also
clearly explained so my kids and their parents are comfortable when
they leave the office.  My philosophy is simple: to treat each and
every child as if they were my own child.
