Front Office Kelly
Miss Kelly has been in the office for over two
years. Many patients have chosen our
practice mainly because of her!!!
Kelly is the main person who answers the
phone, and schedules your appointments.
Kelly is also the person who puts referrals in
and retrieves visits from the specialists for
patient files.
Kelly is originally from Arkansas, and has two
beautiful children.

Nurse Jaclyn
Miss Jaclyn is our back office person and
medical assistant. She takes the height and
weight, give treatments and medications, and
the vaccines. She has been with us since
early 2008 and does everything she can to
make the visit a pleasant one, even
vaccinations.
Jaclyn has a wonderful husband and two
boys.

by insurance companies for high patient
satisfaction scores.

Miss Carrie is in our billing department. If you

We are happy to add nurse Liz to our
office. She will be our full-time nurse.

over 8 years of being a medical assistant.
